your rad GUIDES

Courtney howard

Recent places I’ve wandered to… Olympic National Park’s forest and beaches. WHOA, you really can have it all.

When do I feel wild? In water. Floating in the ocean or walking barefoot through freezing cold streams on a hot day.

Intention for retreats: To facilitate connection with self, others and nature through yoga, mindfulness, self-reflection, play and a disconnection from technology.

My trail rules: Be safe, have fun, eat delicious food. (And always reapply sunscreen!)

Interests: Cooking, climbing, dancing, singing, playing games, practicing yoga.

Experience: Wilderness First Responder, Certified Yoga Instructor, Outdoor Trip Facilitator, Event Organizer.

Meet Courtney at one of her upcoming local yoga classes.

Recent places I’ve wandered to… Portugal, Capitol Reef National Park and Taos, NM.

When do I feel wild? When backpacking through the huge forests up in Wyoming or when canyoneering in Southern Utah. When I am in large open, and often rugged landscapes.

Intention for retreats: To facilitate the creation of a safe and powerful outdoor space for women to gather in tribe and have big personal moments/conversations. And to show a group of rad women why the backpacking in canyon country is so special to me.

My trail rules: Be safe, pack your pack well (I can help you!), snack hard. Coffee first.

Interests: Backpacking, rock climbing, meditation, reading, skiing, cooking meals with friends.

Experience: Professional Guide, EMT, Wilderness First Responder, Author (check out Traci's Book here!)
